The Supply Chain Internship is the first step to joining our full-time Supply Chain TraineeProgramafter graduation. The full-time program willultimatelyprepareyou for your first role asa front-line manager in one of our Sales & Distribution Centersor Breweriesleading a team of hourly employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience ina Sales & Distribution Centeror Brewery Warehouse

  • Project work with real business impact - solving a problem or implementing an improvement in the supply chain organization.

  • Deep dive into support functions, and exposure to senior leaders throughout the program.

  • Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term career potentialthrough leadership & functional trainings

  • Upon successful completion of theproject,you will be given the opportunity to present your results toNorth American Logistics Leadership Team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current university student with aGPA3.0 or greater.

  • A background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business may help, but all majors are accepted.

  • Geographical & Functional mobility - open to experiencingdifferent functionsand locations across the U.S. during the 10-week internship.

  • Leverages data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.

  • Demonstrates leadership capability inpreviouswork experience and/or extracurricular activities.

  • Self-motivated to drive results and deliverabove and beyondexpectations.

  • Comfortable working in teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and works collaboratively.

  • Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Able to effectively manage several projects at once, while being agile in the face of setbacks and change.

  • Operateswith an open mind, is insightful and innovative, wants to know "why" and has diverse interests.

  • Consistently questions the status quo,seeksopportunities to improve processes, not afraid ofchangeand willing to take calculated risks.
