Belching Beaver Brewery and RTD CoPack are seeking a data-driven creative leader to oversee social media strategy across multiple beverage brands, four retail locations, and retail-distributed craft beer and RTD products.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute social media strategy across multiple brands and locations
Drive measurable growth tied directly to sales and retail performance 
Build, structure, and scale a formal internship program (including recruiting, training, and mentoring), potentially in partnership with local colleges 
Lead weekly strategy, creative direction, and analytics meetings 
Collaborate with Sales on retail displays, POS materials, and merch design 
Oversee clothing and lifestyle product creative direction 
Work directly with contracted artists on packaging, POS, and brand asset development 
Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and physical retail channels
Data-Driven Expertise Required:
Interpret engagement and conversion analytics
Execute structured A/B testing strategies
Track ROI on paid and organic campaigns
Understand funnel strategy (awareness to conversion)
Tie campaigns directly to retail sell-through and profitability
