Job description

Admin, Level 1

Responsible for completing paperwork, answering phones, greeting customers and some counter sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service while sensitive to their needs.
  • Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire's safety guidelines and standards.
  • Answers the phone promptly and works with customers on counter sales. Quote prices in response to customer requests in store and online.
  • Greets customers as they come in.
  • Light bookkeeping, data entry, end of days, enter tickets, mail, etc.
  • Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver.
  • Assist with inventory.
  • Clean-up office and waiting area, coffee making, popcorn, and related.
  • Product pick-up/delivery.
  • Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
  • Recommend additional preventative services to customers.
  • Actively participates in training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
