Your role and responsibilities

  • Shape IBM C-Suite's decisions and strategic direction through project engagements
  • Engage with Business Unit leaders to determine root causes to be evaluated, hypotheses to be tested, and business outcomes to be achieved
  • Establish trusted relationships with internal client teams. Work with stakeholders across IBM to gather information, gain diverse perspectives, and deepen subject matter expertise
  • Develop fact-based client, market, and competitor insights based on research and analysis, e.g., through primary interviews, analyst reports, and internal databases
  • Produce and leverage insights as well as apply technical and operational expertise to identify issues, challenge the status quo, and co-create creative recommendations
  • Translate ambiguity and complexity into structured approaches to solve problems and identify opportunities amid rapid technological and market disruptions
  • Synthesize insights and recommendations into client presentations and facilitate dialog to clearly communicate findings to Business Unit leaders and senior executives
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement and, in select circumstances, to manage pragmatic, bold, and actionable solutions

OTHER RELEVANT JOB DETAILS

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
