General Summary
The Leadership Track Intern is responsible for leading within Manna Students, to equip in the spiritual development of the students, to sponsor relationships that encourage deeper connection within the local church and deeper connection with the Holy Spirit and, to develop and facilitate relationships with leaders within the Manna Students Lane and adjacent lanes, as well.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and run Manna Students as a part of the Leadership Team, including games, snacks, small groups, and Bible study.
  • Build teams through the recruiting, developing, maintaining, and growing of SERVE Team.
  • Collaborate with adjacent lanes on Manna Students initiatives.
  • Become familiar with Manna Students Systems (Rock RMS, ASANA, Google Suite, the Manna Church App, the Manna Church website, My.Manna Profiles & Communications)
  • Update Manna Church database with student information and attendance.
  • Be a part of the planning and development as well as attend Manna Students events: The Retreat, parties, and extracurricular events and gatherings (Volleyball night, skate nights, etc.).
  • Create, manage, and execute projects that relate to the growth and development of students and their families.
  • Develop and maintain speaking skills to large and small groups.
  • Work to develop organizational skills through communication and follow through.
  • Work to develop professional skills through time management and record keeping.
  • Develop a strategic mindset of discipleship and church growth.
  • Various other administrative tasks as related to the Manna Students operations.
