Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Now Hiring We are actively seeking enthusiastic and devoted RBTs to become valued members of our team, supporting our clients in achieving their unique goals within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities

Provide one‐on‐one ABA services to clients using evidence‐based interventions that support independent and positive behavior. Implement skill‐building and care plans as a core member of the clinical team. Accurately record session data with electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging scenarios. Valid RBT certification required prior to employment. Need to Know Services will be provided in clients' homes or community‐based locations. All positions start as part‐time.
