Join our team as a Construction Manager and take charge of delivering safe, successful, and profitable utility-scale solar or battery energy storage projects across the country. We hire Construction Managers III to oversee the full scope of utility-scale solar project sites, providing leadership across all key disciplines—civil, mechanical, electrical, piles, and logistics. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire construction site operation, ensuring seamless integration of all workstreams to deliver safe, high-quality, and on-schedule renewable energy projects. Your role will vary by project and client, offering a dynamic and rewarding challenge with each new project.

Location & Travel Details: You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be onsite at a project location. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You’ll spend 8-12 months on average per project. We offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses. This position is eligible for routine travel home (rotation) from the jobsite. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. 

• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seven years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management
• Previous experience in a supervisory role including overseeing more than three trades (ex. civil, electrical and mechanical), on projects with revenue values $80M-100M+
• Self-perform construction project experience including overseeing large sized field teams on projects with 200+ staff 

• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions
• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places and extreme heat
• Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration
• Noise level in the work environment is usually loud
