Advanced Baseball Program Director (Travel Ball Experience Preferred) - Danville, CA $1,400/week
Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring an Advanced Baseball Program Director to lead our premier youth baseball development program in Danville.
We are specifically seeking coaches with backgrounds in travel baseball, competitive youth baseball, high school baseball, or collegiate athletics who can provide advanced instruction while creating an engaging camp experience.
What You'll Lead
The Advanced Camp program is built for players ages 10-14 who are seeking a more competitive and instructional baseball experience. Directors are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction while maintaining structure, accountability, and player engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Direct daily Advanced Camp programming
  • Teach advanced baseball concepts and player development skills
  • Lead competitive drills and game-based learning
  • Manage camper behavior and group dynamics
  • Support staff and maintain camp standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents and leadership
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience coaching travel ball or high school baseball preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for developing young athletes
  • Ability to create a positive and disciplined learning environment
Schedule
Danville session:
  • June 8-12-with the option to add the following weeks:
    • San Francisco (June 15-19+July 27-31), Foster City (July 20-24) or Orinda (July 20-24)
Compensation
$1,400/week (Exempt Position)
