GRADUATE INTERNSHIP GOALPine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company Marine Construction Division will recruit, for full-time employment, Graduate Interns for the purpose of orientation to and training in marine construction operations. Interns will learn how to operate the equipment, run surveys, and all technical aspects of a marine construction job. In addition to the technical training and mastery of skills, the Graduate Intern will receive training and orientation to leadership, safety, health, and personnel management skills and information which prove to be as important in a career as the technical skill application. The Graduate Intern can expect to transition into a full-time roll as a Field Engineer, Foreman, or similar leadership role as these skills are mastered sufficiently to lead on a project.GRADUATE INTERNSHIP APPLICATION Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company intends to recruit for Graduate Interns and will make offers as candidates are identified.
