Summary
The Senior Full Stack Developer - Cloud & Azure is responsible for designing and delivering modern, cloud-first applications leveraging Microsoft technologies and Azure services. This role emphasizes solution design, cloud-native architecture, and the use of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
This individual operates across the full SDLC, with a strong focus on designing scalable, resilient cloud solutions, building RESTful APIs, and delivering modern front-end experiences. The role partners closely with IT and DevOps to provision and manage cloud infrastructure, while also leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-native applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure services
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient solutions in Azure
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed services
  • Perform code reviews
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, solution architecture, and implementation plans
  • Lead design discussions and contribute to architectural standards and best practices
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve code quality
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform templates to automate provisioning and ensure consistent, reliable cloud environment deployments
  • Collaborate with IT to provision and manage infrastructure (DNS, hosting, networking, environments)
  • Monitor and optimize applications using tools such as Seq, SolarWinds, and New Relic
  • Evaluate/Understand/Implement logging strategies for observability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement proactive monitoring and alerting
  • Ensure solutions align with cloud best practices (scalability, cost optimization, security)
  • Mentor team members on cloud development patterns and modern engineering practices
  • Support and improve SDLC processes, including Agile-Scrum methodologies

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in a development workflow
  • Experience working across the full SDLC, including design and production support
  • Experience collaborating with infrastructure/IT teams on cloud provisioning and networking

Physical Requirements

  • Hybrid Schedule - Work from the office on Tues/Wed/Thurs and from home on Mon/Fri

The base salary range for this position is $155,400 - 172,050 annually. Actual pay will be determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location.
