THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED ONSITE AT OUR WILKES-BARRE, PA LOCATION
Ready to take your first big step in marketing? MileOne's industry-recognized in-house marketing team is looking for a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Assistant to support our MotorWorld Division in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
This is a hands-on, full-time onsite role where you'll partner with the Regional Marketing Manager and dealership teams to execute campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and in-store channels. You'll collaborate closely with our corporate marketing team in Towson, MD, including occasional travel for on-site trainings, team-building sessions, and strategy workshops that connect you to the larger MileOne marketing family.

Responsibilities:
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels.
  • Coordinate creative projects, proof materials, and ensure accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Manage website content, social media, and online engagement.
  • Assist with budgets, reporting, data analysis, and campaign tracking.
  • Play a hands-on role in community events, sponsorships, and local partnerships. Collaborate with regional marketing and dealership teams to achieve business goals.
  • Respond to consumer reviews and help maintain brand reputation.

Competencies:
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, creative processes, and brand management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with social media tools and basic photography for content creation.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required. Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or related degree preferred
  • Advertising or retail-based marketing internship preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong creative instincts and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and able to work on multiple projects & priorities simultaneously
  • Overall positive attitude and work ethic
