Responsibilities :
  • Help maintain and update payroll records in HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, ADP)
  • Participate in audits and data cleanup projects
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on cross-functional tasks
  • Assist in reconciling payroll-related accounts and benefits contributions
  • Reconcile payroll data
  • Create and maintain Excel reports and ensure data accuracy
  • Consolidate, analyze, and update monthly reports
  • Process smaller payrolls

Ideal Candidate Profile :
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
