What We're Looking For
The great things you will get to learn and do:
Marvell is looking for embedded firmware engineers to be part of an exciting firmware team for the PHY IP development. As a Firmware Engineer, you will
โ€ข Be responsible for design, development and verification of new firmware features
โ€ข Participate in design reviews
โ€ข Deliver architectural documents, design specs, firmware source code and build scripts
โ€ข Perform tasks including debug, bring up, beta and production firmware development
โ€ข Collaborate with design, application and SoC team
What You Need for this Position:
โ€ข BS or MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
โ€ข Minimum 10 years of experience as an embedded firmware engineer
โ€ข Strong knowledge and experience with microcontrollers
โ€ข Experience in embedded firmware design, development, and debugging
โ€ข Experience in C/C++ programming in an embedded environment
โ€ข Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Experience with chip design simulation and verification is a plus
โ€ข Experience with SERDES technology, SAS, PCIe host interface is a plus
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
131,010 - 196,300, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
