As an Associate Application Developer specializing in Salesforce at IBM, you will develop your capabilities through structured learning, certifications, mentorship, and hands-on client experience. You will learn to configure and administer the Salesforce platform, leveraging enterprise tools to ensure seamless workflow and integration with enterprise applications.

Through your growth path at IBM, you will develop skills to:

  • Configure and Administer Salesforce: Learn to configure and administer the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, ensuring efficient workflow and data management using tools like the Force.com IDE and Data Loader.
  • Develop Apex Code and Visualforce Pages: Build capabilities in writing Apex code and creating Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Integrate with Enterprise Applications: Gain experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization to provide a unified user experience.
  • Maintainand Optimize Salesforce: Perform routine maintenance and optimization tasks to ensure platform efficiency and user adoption.
