Creative Producer Editor
Job Summary
Responsible for creating, producing, and editing high-quality video content that promotes student-athletes, athletic programs, and institutionalinitiativesacross digital, social media, and broadcast platforms. Leads all phases of video production, including planning, shooting, editing, and contentdistribution. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop content strategies that support marketing and engagementobjectiveswhile mentoring student workers andmaintainingvideo production equipment and archives.
Essential Functions
Conceptualizes, produces, anddeliversa diverse portfolio of video content, including game recaps, feature stories, promotional videos, and social media assets.
Plans, shoots, edits, and distributes video content across multipledigitaland social mediaplatforms.
Ensures all video content aligns with brand standards, strategic messaging, and organizational goals.
Captures high-quality video footage during live events, practices, interviews, and specialactivities.
Utilizesaudience insights and digital media trends tooptimizecontent performance and engagement.
Collaborates with coaches, marketing staff, athletic communications personnel, and other departments toidentifyand develop contentopportunities.

Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing,Broadcasting, ora relatedfield.
Experience Requirement
2 years of experiencein video production, digital media, content creation, sports media, broadcasting, marketing communications, ora relatedfield.
Experience using Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, operating cinema cameras, ENG lenses, audio equipment, lighting systems preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
All experience must bepaid andin the same related field.
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

The position requires intermittent lifting, pushing, and pulling of video production equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, occasional setup and breakdown of production equipment, intermittent exposure to loud event environments, and occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Employees must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet production deadlines, andmaintaincreativity and attention to detail in a fast-paced media environment.
