  • Time with NM: Joined Northwestern Mutual in 2021 as a Growth and Development Director and transitioned to Managing Director after nine months.
  • Previous experience: Owned and managed a consulting business, with experience as a speaker, coach, and consultant before joining Northwestern Mutual.
  • Passionate about: Tim lives in Eldridge with his wife, Lindsay, and their six children. He enjoys volunteering for youth sports, spending quality time with his family, watching his kids compete, and traveling.
Scott Fischer, Financial Advisor & Growth and Development Director:
  • Time with NM: Joined Northwestern Mutual in 2007 as an intern in one of the firm's Florida offices and now serves as both a Financial Advisor and Growth and Development Director.
  • Previous experience: Earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Jacksonville University before beginning his career with Northwestern Mutual through the internship program.
