The Opportunity
Description
Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn, support, and execute manufacturing processes: cell culture, filtration, centrifugation, chromatography, protein purification, and formulation
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and automation systems (LIMS, MES, PI, etc.)
  • Assist in process optimization projects and implementation of new technology/practices
  • Provide input and assist in updating technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Maintain and review process documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Adhere to and support quality systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Requests, Action/Alert Reports, etc.)
  • Support trending and tracking of departmental metrics
  • Participate in shift work, including strenuous and repetitive physical tasks, and work with personal protective equipment
