To thrive in an Internship in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), you generally need a background in biological sciences or medicine and a keen understanding of reproductive physiology. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, ART procedures (such as IVF and ICSI), and compliance with safety and quality control standards is important, and some positions may require relevant certifications or training. Attention to detail, effective teamwork, and strong communication skills help interns excel in supporting clinical and laboratory teams. These skills and qualities are crucial to ensure the accuracy, safety, and ethical standards essential in reproductive medicine.

What types of hands-on experiences can I expect during an Internship in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)?
