Job description

Responsibilities

Provides analysis of all-source data in a multi-intelligence area to produce executive-level defense reports relevant on a national or global level. Responsible for final review of intelligence reports and prompt delivery to the customer at all levels.

Experience and training in one or more areas of; threat analysis, foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, risk and vulnerability assessments, military operations, investigations, technology protection, security, and antiterrorism/force protection are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research and evaluation strategies for strategic communications within the U.S. Intelligence Community.
  • Plans, executes, and evaluates strategic communications campaigns in accordance with Sponsor frameworks for campaign planning and measures of performance and measures of effectiveness (MOP/E) for determining mission impact.
  • Apply operational tradecraft to enhance planning, execution, and project outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end survey research, from design through analysis.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior-level customers.
  • Translate research findings into operational proposals.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BS/BA degree and 2+ years of experience in Intelligence Community required; 4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven ability to analyze social media, open-source, and proprietary data to produce finished intelligence.
  • Strong experience with program evaluation, survey design, and data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including data visualization for senior leaders.
  • Ability to excel independently while contributing to a high-performing team.

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
