What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented Supply Chain & Compliance Specialist to support the day to day execution of our supply chain operations. This role manages logistics activities while also supporting compliance, quality assurance, testing, import requirements, and Amazon specific execution.

This is a hands on role ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who wants exposure to logistics, global trade compliance, QA, and marketplace requirements, and is comfortable working cross functionally and with external partners.


Requirements

Logistics & Transportation

  • Manage and track international and domestic shipments (air, ocean, and ground)
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and vendors to support on time delivery
  • Monitor shipment status, flag delays or issues, and escalate as needed
  • Maintain shipping documentation, invoices, and logistics records
  • Partner with Warehouse, Customer Service, Merchandising, and Sourcing to support smooth execution

Compliance, Imports & HTS

  • Support import and customs compliance, including accurate documentation and HTS classifications
  • Assist with maintaining records related to duties, tariffs, landed cost components, and import requirements
  • Work with brokers and freight partners to resolve clearance or compliance issues
  • Ensure shipments align with applicable customs and trade regulations

Quality Assurance & CPSC

  • Coordinate testing, certifications, and compliance requirements related to CPSC and other applicable regulations
  • Track and maintain testing reports, certificates, and compliance documentation
  • Partner with Product Development and Sourcing to ensure quality and compliance requirements are met prior to shipment

Amazon & Marketplace Requirements

  • Support Amazon specific supply chain requirements, including: 
  • Prep and packaging requirements
  • Labeling (FNSKU, carton labeling, etc.)
  • Documentation and routing compliance
  • Coordinate Amazon shipments in partnership with internal teams and external logistics partners
  • Maintain clear records related to Amazon shipments, requirements, and compliance

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain organized trackers and documentation across logistics, compliance, QA, and Amazon workflows
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve visibility and efficiency
  • Support reporting and analysis related to shipments, costs, compliance, and marketplace execution


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, compliance, or related roles (internships welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Clear, professional communicator (internal and external)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with ERP, WMS, or logistics systems a plus
  • Interest in global trade, compliance, quality, and e commerce supply chain operations
