Job description

Amazon Advertising is looking for a curious and resourceful Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to join the Self-Service Support team. Our team ensures that advertisers using our applications can answer their own questions or solve their own problems whenever possible through Help content, and have an easy path to contact Amazon when it's not possible.

The BIE will build critical backend datasets and related business reporting to measure opportunities and performance of our support products. They will also use ML analysis to inform our in-application Help targeting strategy.
Key job responsibilities
*Design and build backend datasets from various data sources.
*Collaborate with Product Managers to create innovative KPIs to assess our business.
*Own the creation and production of reports and dashboards on current performance trends.
*Identify requirements and coordinate with engineering and business leads on implementation.
*Pull and synthesize data and conduct business analyses that drive strategic decisions or process improvements, including measurement of A/B tests.
*Identify and drive improvements in reporting automation and metrics.
*Build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders.
*Run ML-based analysis to inform targeting strategies
