Welder - Sheet Metal Fabrication
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Join our team as a Welder supporting sheet-metal production across stainless steel and aluminum. This role keeps our manufacturing lines running smoothly and is a great fit for someone who takes pride in precise, quality craftsmanship - whether you're an experienced welder or looking to grow your skills through hands-on mentorship and cross-training.
We value a supportive, team-first shop culture where clear communication, safety, and continuous learning come first. Our team includes welders with diverse backgrounds and experience levels, and we're committed to ensuring everyone has the training, tools, and PPE they need to do their best work.
Responsibilities
  • Work from work orders, schedules, and verbal instructions
  • Layout, assemble, and build products to specification
  • Apply knowledge of filler metal selection for various steel alloys, aluminum, and select exotic metals
  • Perform GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
  • Weld in multiple positions across a range of metal types
  • Collaborate well with others, welcoming direction, coaching, and feedback
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities to broaden your skill set
  • Support other operations as needed to maintain workflow, schedules, and quality standards
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols
  • Take on other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Welding certification and/or 3+ years of welding experience (candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to train are encouraged to apply)
  • Ability to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM, with occasional overtime
  • Strong attention to detail; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
