You'll ensure service excellence, safety compliance, SLA performance, and strong coordination with OCC, HUB, and local authorities - while leading the station team and supporting passengers during disruptions. Key Responsibilities: Lead ground handling & passenger services Ensure safety, SLA & baggage compliance Manage third-party providers Oversee operational performance & incident reporting Coach and develop station team Requirements: Degree in Airport Operations, Tourism, or related field 5+ years airline/handling experience (Duty Officer, Supervisor, etc.) Strong leadership & customer service skills Knowledge of safety regulations & load control Fluent English (spoken & written)
