LOC Credit Union is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Training & Talent Specialist to join our Human Resources & Training team.In this role, you'll support the Credit Union's recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives by coordinating learning programs, facilitating engaging training sessions, assisting with talent acquisition efforts, and ensuring employees have the tools and resources they need to be successful.
