ROLE DESCRIPTION:Troy Peterson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Insurance experience is not required, but increased pay is available for prior experience and licensing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Will need to obtain insurance license if not already licensed.
