Job description

Qualifications:
Hybrid: Monday - Thursday (Onsite) and Friday (Remote)
This entry-level role supports transportation, supply planning, and customer supply teams by managing data inputs, validating system accuracy, analyzing performance, and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards. You'll work across SAP systems (ECC, TM, APO), 3PL portals, and analytical tools to ensure accurate supply chain execution and provide insights that improve service, reduce cost, and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Monitor shipment, inventory, and planning data to ensure accuracy; escalate anomalies with context.
Analyze large datasets (Excel, Access, Business Objects, SAP data sources) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support financial visibility by helping track transportation and warehousing expenses against targets.
Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports that translate operational data into actionable insights.
Support execution of domestic transportation (LTL/FTL) and cross-border shipments by validating data, monitoring status, and ensuring timely tendering.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Planning to resolve route-to-market issues and prevent service failures.
Work with 3PLs, carriers, and warehousing partners to investigate discrepancies and support continuous improvement.
Contribute to documentation of workflows, definitions, and data logic to strengthen operational knowledge.
Weekly validation, management, and upload of critical supply chain inputs to SAP/APO for Canada and the US
Run and validate weekly APO transactions that produce the Molson Coors APO supply plan
Investigate and correct issues with APO, ECC, SNC, in coordination with IT
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications (Experience - 2 to 5 Years)
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related field - or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, nested formulas); familiarity with Access or other data tools is a plus.
Ability to learn complex systems (SAP ECC, SAP TM, SAP APO, SNC, Business Objects).
Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
Strong teamwork, accountability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle a mix of recurring work and ad-hoc analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience (internships/coursework included) with SAP ECC, APO, TM, or SNC.
Experience with Transportation or Supply Chain Planning processes (LTL/FTL, tendering, MABDs, planning runs, etc.).
Experience with Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting/visualization tools.
Understanding of supply chain financial levers, transportation KPIs, or network optimization concepts.
Prior experience supporting system testing, enhancements, or troubleshooting is beneficial.
Exposure to working with 3PLs, carriers, or logistics partners.
Knowledge of workflow improvement, automation tools, or data-cleaning/validation methods.
