Field Service Technician

Resound Networks is a rapidly growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) serving cities and rural communities across multiple states. We are a team-driven organization focused on one mission: Get customers connected and keep customers connected.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is critical to our success and directly impacts customer satisfaction every day.

What You Should Know Up Front

  • No experience required — we will train you

  • This is not an office or IT desk job

  • This role is physically demanding and requires working outdoors in various weather conditions

  • You must be willing to work hard, stay active, and continuously learn

Schedule

  • Wednesday – Saturday (4/10 schedule)

  • This schedule may evolve over time based on business needs

  • Overtime may be available based on workload but is not guaranteed

What You’ll Do

  • Install internet service for new customers and complete all required documentation

  • Perform service calls to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

  • Conduct site surveys to determine optimal installation solutions

  • Educate customers on Wi-Fi performance and best practices for their home

  • Ensure all work meets Resound quality and safety standards

  • Maintain company equipment, tools, and inventory

  • Complete jobs efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience

  • General labor, construction, or maintenance background
