Job Title: QA Engineer 3

Job Type: Contract Full-Time

Immediate W2 contract position available in Atlanta, GA.

Estimated Duration: 4 months

Job Description / Desired Qualifications:

·         5-10 Years Assists in the planning, development, implementation, communication and maintenance of quality management systems.

·         Monitors and tests product quality ensures compliance with standards and identifies issues and recommends solutions.

Test Strategy & Execution Define and execute test approaches for:

·         Regression testing (automation-first)

·         New functionality testing (risk-based, exploratory + scripted)

·         Performance testing (load, stress, endurance, scalability)

·         Create/maintain test plans, test cases, and test charters aligned to release goals Drive defect triage, root cause analysis support, and quality recommendations

Automation Engineering Build and maintain robust automated test suites across:

·         API testing (primary) UI testing (where applicable)

·         Integration and end-to-end flows

Design automation for maintainability:

·         Reusable utilities, page/object patterns, clean assertions, test data strategy Ensure automation runs reliably in pipelines and produces actionable output

Performance & Reliability Testing Develop performance test scenarios reflecting real usage patterns:

·         Concurrent user load throughput/latency baselines peak event testing degradation detection over time

·         Establish and track performance budgets (latency, response times, error rates) with Engineering + DevOps Partner with DevOps to integrate performance tests into CI/CD and scheduled runs

Collaboration & Quality Leadership Work closely with Engineers, Product, and DevOps to embed quality earlier:

·         Define acceptance criteria improve testability add instrumentation and logging for diagnosability

·         Provide clear quality reporting: coverage, risks, readiness, and release recommendations
