The Position
The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive typing and software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.

Administrative Assistant
High Payoff Activities: The Administrative Assistant answers incoming calls, greets guests upon arrival at the office, reaches out to vendors and appropriate parties with repair requests, files, faxes, scans, receives and distributes the mail, orders office supplies and keeps cleaning supplies stocked. They assist in preparing payroll for processing.
Additional Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant works closely with management as well as the sales & production teams to ensure good flow of communication and data.
Key Performance Metrics: AR Aging Ratio, AP Aging Ratio, Timely Billing Processing, Timely Payroll Processing, Managing within the Budget, Audit Compliance, Contact Management Ratios & Employee Retention.
Wage Range: $13 to $15 Hourly
Reports to: The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the General Manager and / or Owner and indirectly to the Operations Manager and Sales Manager.
Education, Experience & Expectations: They must be self-motivated, proactive attitude; anticipate needs and takes initiative to solve problems. The Administrative Assistant must have excellent written and verbal communications. They must be responsible, organized, detail-oriented and manages time effectively. A 2 year associates or 4 year undergraduate college degree or 6 years Administrative Assistant experience is required. This position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
