Job Description: 
The Auto Alert Specialist is responsible for outbound calling, texting, and emailing to engage with current dealership customers and service clients who may be eligible for an upgrade. This role involves identifying opportunities for customers to transition into a new vehicle with better financing terms, lower payments, or improved interest rates. The specialist will utilize Auto Alert and iPacket to track customer engagement, service history, and appraisal activity to maximize conversion rates. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound calls to: 

  • Current customers are eligible for lower payments, better financing, or interest rate reductions. 

  • Service customers who purchased elsewhere to explore upgrade options. 

  • Customers with recent appraisals to re-engage them in trade-in discussions. 

  • Utilize Auto Alert to track customer equity and identify sales opportunities. 

  • Use iPacket to monitor customer interactions with vehicles and service records. 

  • Set firm appointments for the sales team to transition customers into a new vehicle. 

  • Follow up via phone, email, and text messaging to ensure high engagement and response rates. 

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure all follow-up procedures are completed. 

  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to maximize customer retention and trade-in opportunities. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
  • Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Valid driver’s license
