Sales BDC Representative

Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — handling inbound leads, setting appointments, following up with prospects, and helping drive showroom traffic for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming sales calls and internet inquiries promptly and professionally• Respond to internet leads via phone, text, and email
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments
• Drive consistent showroom traffic by setting and confirming quality sales appointments while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries, unsold showroom visits, and missed appointments
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication throughout the sales process
• Ensure all customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups are accurately documented in the CRM system
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and energetic attitude
• Strong phone, texting, and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM software, texting platforms, and email communication
• Automotive sales or BDC experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
