Job description

Assured Information Security (AIS) is seeking an OCO Networking and Internet Product Manager to join our Mission Services team! In this role you will get to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems, with a focus on cloud networking and internet connectivity, in support of OCO. *This is an onsite position located in Columbia, MD and requires a TS/SCI w/CI Poly* What You'll Do: * Provide thought leadership and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions for highly reliable and redundant network connectivity.
* Lead Product backlog refinement, ensuring features and capabilities for cloud networking solutions are well defined, prioritized, and decomposed into actionable user stories.
* Collaborate with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to drive Program Increment (Pl) execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration for networking-focused projects.
* ย Engage with government stakeholders to gather feedback and align capability delivery for virtualized and containerized solutions.ย 
* Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), operational working groups, and other OCO forums related to cloud networking.
* Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision, develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications for cloud networking solutions.
* Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications with a focus on robust and secure network connectivity.
* Lead engagements alongside company partners as well as the top designers and technologists in the industry.
ย Education/Experience/Skillset Required: * Bachelorโ€™s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science or related field with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Masterโ€™s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
* Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors.
* Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services. Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Familiarity with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
* Experience in the development of products and/or management in a development environment. They build and implement product strategies aligned with the OCO PMO's vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize features for cloud networking and connectivity solutions.
* Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting.ย 
* Proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership, engages stakeholders and supports the teams needs.
* Guides and mentor junior staff and collaborates across teams to shape requirements and deliver products on time and within budget.ย 
What Sets You Apart: * SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification(s) is desirable. AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar networking certifications.
