Job Summary
Delray Buick GMC is seeking a motivated full-time Digital Retail Vehicle Sales Associate to join the team. The Digital Retail Vehicle Sales Associate will work with customers to navigate the digital retail process of purchasing new and used vehicles from the convenience of their own home. Associate will handle inbound leads and communicate by phone, email and text with prospective clients. Dealer established in 1907 and currently operates 24 Franchise Dealerships and 56 Used Car Locations Nationwide.
Responsibilities
• Utilize digital retail products and services to assist customers in the vehicle purchasing process
• Guide the customer through the digital retail process; liaise with other divisions as needed
• Observe customer visit behavior on the website and use it to identify improvement and increase sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
• Proven customer service experience
• Knowledge in sales and customer service best practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and inspires others
• Motivated to exceed sales goals
• Valid driver's license
