Job Details Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience Job Type: Full Time Location: Avondale, AZ 85323 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Internet Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will manage online sales leads and assist customers in selecting vehicles. You will help maintain and grow our internet sales channel, contributing to the dealership’s success. Responsibilities Contact customers to perform a needs analysis regarding vehicle make, type, and desired features. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives. Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using the dealership’s computer database. Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate prices, including tax, trade-in allowances, licensing fees, discounts, and financing or leasing terms. Conduct regular inventory inspections on the lot. Complete all required paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration. Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their new vehicles. Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Job Requirement: Minimum one year of internet sales management experience and/or equivalent training or education. At least two years of automotive internet sales experience. Strong sales abilities with excellent communication and customer service skills. Organizational skills and thorough follow-up to maintain contact with clients before and after sales. Current valid driver’s license required. Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
