Job description

The CSR at Hennessy Collision of Atlanta contacts all leads from multiple sources to set service appointments and follows up with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role plays a large role in ensuring a smooth and excellent customer service experience with our service department.
What you'll do:
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text and chat.
  • Respond to Internet Lead Service Requests.
  • Ensure quality customer service through professionalism and timely responses.
  • Serve as liaison between customers and the service department.
  • Assist in generating daily reports and logs as requested by management

  • Maintain a current knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces and all service advertising sent out by the manufacturer.
  • Follow up with "No Show" Customers.
  • Confirm daily appointments.
  • Follow up with all service customers to ensure they are happy with their service experience.
  • Meet daily guidelines given in regards to set appointments, shows, and outbound calls.
  • Contact customer based on current marketing incentives and recommended services for vehicles.
  • All other duties as assigned.
