As an after-school youth Soccer Coach at Super Soccer Stars, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of young athletes aged 5-12. Our mission is to teach fundamental soccer skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. You will play a crucial role in nurturing a love for the game and helping children develop not just as players, but as well-rounded individuals.
This part-time position offers flexibility and competitive pay. You'll work with passionate coaches who are dedicated to creating positive experiences for our players both on and off the field!

Requirements
Requirements:
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to locations in Cumming, Suwanee, Canton, Gainesville, Woodstock, and Lawrenceville
    • Ideally based within 30 minutes of one or more of our service areas
    • Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and pass a Georgia comprehensive background check
    • Must have access to a mobile device for scheduling and class management
    • Must be available weekday afternoons, ideally between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM
    • Must be available to start immediately, with a few hours of training each week

Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working with children and/or a background in sports (especially soccer)
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with kids effectively
    • Positive attitude, energetic, and enthusiastic about coaching
    • Passion for working with kids and inspiring young athletes
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow program guidelines
    • Desire to grow with our expanding team and make a long-term impact
