John Vance Auto Group โ€“ Guthrie, aย family-operated dealership for over 40 years, is looking for a motivated and customer-focusedย Internet Sales Associateย to join our growing team.

Hereโ€™s the deal:
If youโ€™ve got real sales experience, know how to build relationships, and can turn online leads into satisfied, lifelong customers โ€” we want to talk to you.
Youโ€™ll lead the charge in managing internet leads, setting appointments, and ensuring each customer has a smooth and professional buying experience from start to finish.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Manage and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.

  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and text to build trust and rapport.

  • Guide customers through the buying process, from inquiry to delivery.

  • Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.

  • Set appointments for the sales team and ensure a high show rate.

  • Track activity, progress, and results to meet and exceed goals.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
