MANTECH seeks a motivated and adaptable Training Developer to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

This role focuses on delivering dynamic, mission-ready training programs in support of logistics, sustainment, and operational readiness efforts while preparing personnel to operate effectively across the full spectrum of expeditionary environments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and deliver classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning training in support of logistics and sustainment operations.

  • Create comprehensive training documentation including manuals, demonstrations, and mission simulations aligned to evolving operational scenarios.

  • Configure and manage training platforms that enable realistic replication of operational systems and scenarios.

  • Provide training in partner nation native languages where required, integrating vendor-specific logistics tools and mission awareness.

  • Support development and delivery of logistics and sustainment training to include Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE), JOPT, and wargames.

  • Integrate operational, threat, and political context into training scenarios to enhance mission realism and responsiveness.

  • Coordinate and execute in-person training sessions ensuring ITAR compliance and mission alignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in education or a related technical field

  • 7+ years of experience developing and delivering military or logistics-related training programs.

  • Experience providing instructional design and training delivery in support of DoD logistics or sustainment missions.

  • Ability to develop technical training documentation aligned to system capabilities and user roles.

  • High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related discipline.

  • Experience coordinating international training events with foreign partners and managing language-accessible materials.

  • Working knowledge of ITAR, export compliance, and defense training with foreign nationals.

  • Proven ability to incorporate real-world threat scenarios and intelligence-informed context into training environments.

  • Certifications in instructional design, adult learning, or related military training fields (e.g., Master Training Specialist, CompTIA CTT+).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $97,100.00-$161,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
