  • Du führst unser globales Inhouse-Consulting-Team fachlich in den Bereichen SAP Sales und Service (SAP SD, PS (ETO), GTS, SAP S/4HANA Service, FSM und CPQ).
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an internationalen SAP-Rollout-Projekten mit und begleitest deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
  • Du entwickelst unsere SAP-Architektur sowie die End-to-End-Prozesse Service-to-Satisfaction (inkl. FSM) und Lead-to-Cash (inkl. GTS) strategisch weiter.
  • Du berätst unsere Fachbereiche und das Management bis hin zur Geschäftsleitung als kompetente Ansprechpartner.
  • Du steuerst und koordinierst externe Dienstleister und sorgst für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du entwickelst Dein Team fachlich und persönlich weiter und förderst eine offene, vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du bewertest und priorisierst Anforderungen und stimmst deren Umsetzung eng mit dem Projekt- und Portfolio-Management (PPM) ab.
  • Du planst Ressourcen und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten für Projekte und operative Themen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen IT-Teams zusammen und sorgst für eine bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt SAP S/4HANA Sales und Service.
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre in einer fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führungsrolle gearbeitet.
  • Du bringst ein fundiertes Verständnis moderner IT-Technologien, SAP-Architekturen und Geschäftsprozesse mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung unternehmensweiter oder internationaler SAP-Projekte.
  • Du überzeugst durch Deine analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst Dich souverän in einem internationalen Umfeld.
