Job Summary


The Senior International Outreach & Recruitment Advisor – LL.M. is responsible for driving international enrollment growth by developing prospective student pipelines, cultivating strategic partnerships, and converting qualified leads into enrolled students. As the primary recruitment representative for the LL.M. program, this role guides prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment by providing enrollment advising, scholarship prequalification, and application guidance. Working closely with education consultants, faculty, Marketing, Admissions, and International Student Services, the advisor supports a seamless enrollment experience while coordinating next steps for admissions, I-20 preparation, and matriculation. The ideal candidate is a persuasive, relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys presenting to diverse audiences, building partnerships, and helping prospective students identify the right educational pathway while achieving ambitious enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Outreach & Recruitment

  • Own and grow the international recruitment pipeline from initial inquiry through enrollment.
  • Conduct one-on-one enrollment consultations to assess program fit, discuss scholarship opportunities, and guide qualified students through the LSAC application process.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with education consultants, universities, law schools, and other organizations to generate qualified prospective students.
  • Identify new recruitment markets and partnership opportunities to expand international enrollment.
  • Represent Western State College of Law at international education fairs, webinars, institutional visits, and recruitment events.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that effectively position the LL.M. program in a competitive global market.
  • Manage prospective student communications and follow-up activities in Slate CRM to maximize application and enrollment conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute recruitment campaigns and develop market-specific messaging.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and recommend strategies to improve application, enrollment, and conversion results.

Enrollment Coordination

  • Guide prospective students through the LSAC application process, requirements, and key deadlines.
  • Track applicant progress and proactively follow up to maintain momentum through enrollment.
  • Coordinate with Admissions, International Student Services, and other internal teams to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
  • Communicate admissions outcomes and scholarship information in accordance with institutional guidelines.
  • Assist admitted students with next steps, including enrollment, I-20 documentation, pre-arrival preparation, and matriculation.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records, communications, and activity notes in Slate CRM.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graduate admissions, enrollment management, international student recruitment, higher education sales, or a related enrollment-focused role.
  • Experience recruiting for graduate or professional programs (e.g., LL.M., JD, MBA, Master's, or Doctoral), preferably within a law school or graduate legal education environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing prospective student pipelines, conducting enrollment consultations, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
  • Experience with CRM and admissions platforms (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with LSAC and the graduate admissions process preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Understanding of international students' needs; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally several times per year, including multi-country recruitment trips, and work flexible hours to support global markets.
