Position Overview

The Logistics & Operations Coordinator is responsible to be a project manager for every shipment for the company.  Each project (shipment) consists of coordinating deinstallation, rigging, crating and domestic / international shipments, managing inbound and outbound freight, preparing shipping documentation (import and export), and ensuring equipment move efficiently through our supply chain.  This role works closely with sales, operations, vendors, and freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of semiconductor equipment and components.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Schedule freight with carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL carriers, and freight forwarders
• Prepare import and export shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, , SLI, packing lists, commercial invoices, and export documentation
• Track shipments and proactively communicate updates or delays to internal teams and customers
• Coordinate inbound materials from vendors and ensure accurate receiving documentation
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to meet customer delivery deadlines
• Manage RMA shipments and returns processing
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records within internal systems
• Ensure proper packaging and handling of sensitive electronic and semiconductor components
• Coordinate and source crating vendors for proper packaging of semiconductor equipment and parts
• Arrange and work with rigging companies for equipment moves, loading, and unloading
• Coordinate equipment deinstallation projects with vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, or carrier issues
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce freight costs


Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain operations
• Experience coordinating domestic and international freight shipments
• Familiarity with major shipping carriers and freight forwarding services
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems, shipping platforms, or inventory management software


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with international export documentation
• Experience handling high-value equipment or electronic components
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse coordination
• Understanding of ESD-safe packaging and handling
• Experience coordinating crating, rigging, or equipment moves
