Job Title: Equipment Operator (Cementing)
Location: Strasburg, OH 44680
Duration: 4+ Months
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00/hr on W2
Schedule: 15 Days On / 6 Days Off Rotation

Job Summary
The Equipment Operator supports oilfield cementing operations by operating and maintaining specialized field equipment, assisting crews during rig-up and rig-down activities, and ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cementing equipment including high-pressure pumps, bulk trucks, and support equipment.
  • Assist with equipment setup (rig-up) and teardown (rig-down) at job sites.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Participate in safety meetings and follow all HSE policies and PPE requirements.
  • Support field crews to ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness.
