Our rheumatologists at ChristianaCare strive to provide state of the art, patient centered care to help optimize function and well-being.

This provider will have the opportunity to practice rheumatology at our ChristianaCare Delaware campuses in Newark and Wilmington DE, and the ChristianaCare Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland.

• New ACGME approved Rheumatology Fellowship Program starting 7/1/26. With 2 fellows per year
• Opportunity includes a broad array of duties with significant time for remote appointments and opportunity to teach residents and medical students
• Join established practice treating the region’s most complex cases
• Manageable patient volume: 12-14 per day. New patient appts 45 mins and 30 mins appts for follow ups
• Have access to new equipment like MSK US at both locations
• Obtain core faculty designation and faculty appointment to Thomas Jefferson University
• Hospital call every 4-5 weeks.

Annual Compensation Range $246,946.00 - $355,614.00 The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full‑time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may encompass various forms of applicable compensation for this position, including, but not limited to, productivity incentives, value‑based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked, call coverage and other factors. ChristianaCare will offer compensation at an appropriate point within the above range or, less frequently, may offer a level of compensation outside the listed range as warranted by the circumstances.
