Job Brief: Radiologist General / Musculoskeletal
Seeking a full- or part-time BE/BC radiologist to join our highly collegial team of 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants.
Our primary goal is recruiting colleagues with strong interpersonal skills motivated to provide patient-centered care. All interested candidates should apply regardless of subspecialty background. We are focused on growing the musculoskeletal section, and an ideal candidate would have experience in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures.
Summary:
The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. More than 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners work together in a unique integrated care model to provide high-quality care to Kaiser Permanente members. Our focus is on long-term health, effective prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. Care is delivered across 40+ specialties at 26 medical offices featuring state-of-the-art equipment, labs, imaging services, and pharmacies. What You Can Expect:
โ€ข Physician-led multi-specialty medical group exclusively serving Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta area.
โ€ข Integrated practice with a stimulating and rewarding work environment. Excellent opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles.
โ€ข Outpatient and urgent care imaging only; no hospital exams. Teleradiology covers overnights.
โ€ข Full-time radiologists average 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month. Compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts.
โ€ข Group averages 70 wRVUs per shift. Weekday shifts are modality/subspecialty oriented; evening and weekend shifts are general.
โ€ข Compensation is fixed to start and transitions to a pay-for-performance model within 1-2 years.
โ€ข All radiologists are placed on shareholder track.
โ€ข Option to work from home for non-patient facing work, including evenings and weekends
Minimum Requirements:
โ€ข MD or DO
โ€ข Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology (ABR) and MSK fellowship
โ€ข Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the State of Georgia
