Our passionate, high-performance team is organized in a lean and customer-focused way, partnering with OEMs and suppliers to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions while managing complex programs from start to finish.


The Program Manager at ArtiFlex Hercules Tooling oversees projects that drive innovation and excellence successfully in the tool and die industry and has a proven track record of managing complex projects. This position is located in Warren, Michigan.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple tool and die programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, to meet project objectives.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

•Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues proactively.

•Travel to suppliers overseas (China mainland, South Korea, Japan) on a 4-week basis to:

  1. • Check job status.
  2. • Assist with tryout issues.
  3. • Conduct tool and die buyoffs.

• Monitor progress, resolve technical or logistical challenges, and ensure alignment with company goals.

•Collaborate with overseas team members to ensure seamless execution of international projects.

• Track and report project performance using internal reporting systems and documentation.


Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the tool and die or automotive industry.

•Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a 4-week basis.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams.
