Job Overview

where you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This administrative position supports warehouse functions by managing a variety of tasks, from handling phone calls and reports to assisting with shift coordination and filing essential documentation.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

  • Limited answering of telephones - give information as needed, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Preparing/printing, sorting, and filing invoices.
  • Prepare various status reports, including activity updates, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.
  • Work with the warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Consistent, regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Employees must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business and operational needs.
