As a Senior Export Integration Specialist supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO), you will provide senior-level export integration and compliance support to a Department of Defense (DoD) customer supporting one of the nation's most important international defense programs. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of export-related processes, international program support, and stakeholder coordination to help integrate complex actions across the program. You will collaborate with government, contractor, and partner stakeholders to support timely execution of export integration activities while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance across program deliverables. In This Role, You Will: โ€ข Provide senior-level support for export integration activities, documentation, coordination, and process execution. โ€ข Review and coordinate complex export-related packages, correspondence, trackers, reports, and supporting materials. โ€ข Work with government, Serco, contractor, and partner-facing stakeholders to support the timely completion of export integration actions. โ€ข Support meetings, briefings, data calls, leadership updates, and recurring reporting associated with export integration activities. โ€ข Identify process gaps, risk areas, and opportunities to improve export integration workflows and documentation quality. โ€ข Provide experienced guidance to support accurate, timely, and compliant export integration execution. To Be Successful in This Role You Will Have: โ€ข U.S. Citizenship. โ€ข Ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance. โ€ข Active TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance preferred and utilized within the last two years. โ€ข Master's degree. โ€ข Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience related to export integration, export compliance, international programs, or related Department of Defense (DoD) compliance functions. โ€ข Senior-level experience supporting export integration, export compliance, international programs, or related DoD compliance functions. โ€ข Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and manage complex, deadline-driven actions. โ€ข Must be able to work in the Arlington, Virginia office Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Desired Skills โ€ข Experience supporting the Department of Defense international programs. โ€ข Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). โ€ข Experience preparing reports, briefings, executive-level communications, and status updates. โ€ข Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. โ€ข Ability to coordinate multiple actions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. โ€ข Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions. โ€ข Ability to build collaborative relationships across government, contractors, and partner organizations.
