Job description

*This role supports contingent workforce initiatives and related staffing efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of Foreign Military Sales case activities and related program actions.
  • Assist with preparation, review, and tracking of FMS case documentation, program status materials, briefings, and reports.
  • Coordinate with program management, financial management, logistics, contracts, technical, and international program stakeholders.
  • Track FMS actions, suspense dates, case milestones, funding status, deliverables, and meeting outcomes.
  • Analyze program, schedule, financial, and logistics information to support case execution and leadership decision-making.
  • Support partner-nation meetings, program management reviews, working groups, and action-item closure.
  • Prepare clear written products including point papers, meeting minutes, correspondence, data-call responses, and status reports.
  • Maintain awareness of FMS policy, financial processes, export-related coordination requirements, and case execution procedures.
  • Support coordination of requirements, deliveries, sustainment planning, and program risks associated with international customers.
  • Help ensure FMS products are accurate, timely, and aligned with program objectives and government direction.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret security clearance and Bachelor's degree plus two additional years of relevant experience or MA/MS degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience performing duties similar to the functional description.
  • Senior-level experience supporting DoW, Department of the Navy, or comparable international acquisition, financial, logistics, or program management activities.
  • Ability to work effectively with government, military, and contractor stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional briefs, reports, and correspondence.

Education Substitution
    • Associate's degree plus four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a master's degree.
    • Six additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with FMS case development, case execution, financial tracking, or international program support.
  • Familiarity with DSAMS, MISIL, Navy ERP, or similar DoW systems.
  • Experience supporting aviation, weapons, mission systems, sustainment, or logistics programs.

Work Environment
  • This position supports a Department of War aviation acquisition program and may require on-site support at a government or contractor facility.
  • The role requires frequent coordination with government customers, contractor teammates, and cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Work products may include program documentation, briefings, reports, schedules, financial inputs, action item trackers, and meeting support materials.
