This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.
The Brand Manager with cross-functional leadership to develop, execute, and optimize consumer-focused marketing programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and brand equity. This role primarily focuses on consumer programs (including the ZYN Rewards ecosystem and Club 3|6 integration) and the development of multi-category assets that deliver a cohesive, consumer-first brand experience across touchpoints.
Your 'day to day':
    • Lead development, redesign, and optimization of consumer programs, including ZYN Rewards and Club 3|6 integration, to drive engagement and loyalty.
    • Own consumer program strategy, journey mapping, and execution in partnership with cross-functional teams.
    • Lead creation of multi-category consumer assets, ensuring consistent messaging, creative standards, and scalable execution.
    • Develop toolkits, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to support downstream activation across categories and channels.
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Trade Marketing, CE&A, Legal, and external partners to execute approved programs.
    • Support advertising and promotional development, including creative briefs, asset review, copy clearance, and production.
    • Partner with research teams to generate consumer insights, develop stimuli, and optimize program performance.
    • Analyze and report on consumer engagement metrics, program performance, market trends, and segment insights.
    • Manage and track consumer program budgets, including spend versus plan and month-end reporting.
    • Support special projects, portfolio initiatives, and international alignment as needed.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Who we're looking for:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent. MBA strongly preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales Promotion Activities in Consumer-Packaged Goods
      Industry.
    • Experience working on consumer programs, CRM/loyalty platforms, or multi-brand initiatives strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of consumer engagement and loyalty programs.
    • Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and follow-through.
    • Devotion to make an impact on the PMI US portfolio.
    • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future

Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000 - $165,000
