Job Description

Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve Program Manager for the Case Processing and Operational Support Contract with the US Department of Labor, Office of Foreign Labor Certification.

Case processing and operational support services include a wide array of functions such as mailroom, data entry, preliminary application review and case processing, case archiving, records management, helpdesk, and related support services.

These services must be performed to the standards in the Performance Work Statement for this contract. Services performed must provide the best value to the Government and help achieve administrative efficiencies, cost savings, and interoperability strategies across the OFLC’s employment-based immigration programs.

Hours of operation are from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays.

Most of the work will be performed remotely; however, some work must be performed on-site at the Frances Perkins Building, 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20210
